Dimensions of the camera are 5 one half inches x 3 inches x 2 and one half inches (without rain shield). With the rain shield the dimensions increase to 7 x 3 x 3 inches. The camera requires 2 AA batteries that are not included.

Looks very good. Cannot tell it's a fake. It takes 2 AA batteries. I have had it on for 3 months and it is still blinking vibrant. Gonna get another a single to mount on the garage wall.
I reside on a farm, miles from the nearest town and neighbors. My location has been hit a couple of instances, swift grab and go scoundrels and not a lot alot more. I purchased 6 of these to place about our property and I put to use lithium batteries, not the more affordable varieties that you could install in a flashlight.
The lithium batteries power a small red LED light that blinks on and off and give the impression the cameras are "on" and "seeing" what may well be in their view. The LEDs have been blinking reliably for two months straight and at night they look Extremely true.
I'm impressed with this device simply because they resemble true cameras that emit an invisible infrared light for night viewing. They have held up well in storms and are painless to adjust and rotate. If somebody looks close at the front of the camera, it appears to have built in infrared illuminators. These are the new technology "lights" that deliver an invisible light that the eye can not see, but a specialist crook could understand and know is the same style of light employed on costly "game cameras" that hunters use to capture images of animals at night.
I am pleased with my acquire and I feel these "fake" cameras do a beneficial job to discourage thieves.
